Be ready with the names of the various departments, designations, cost centres, locations, branches etc used in your company. these are not compulsory fields and so you can choose to ignore those which don't apply to your company.
The attached spreadsheet can be used to import these values in bulk in a single import.
You can manage this in the following menu path - Configure/Masters/Create Masters. Clicking on Import Masters will enable you to download the template and import the same into Paybooks.
