This feature gives an option to Employer to enable restricted access to selected screen for selected roles. There are different roles i.e., Employer, HR, Finance, Auditor, Manager, and ATT Admin in Paybooks. Every role can be set with privileges to access screens/modules.
To do the same,
In Paybooks 2.0: Go to Employees >> More tab >> click on Set Permission
In Paybooks 1.0: Go to Configure menu >> click on Screen Permission
Select Role Type & Main Menu under drop down field
Select the screens under Parent Name and Screen Name columns
Click on Save button to save the selected screen permission
