Restructuring of the salary in paybooks

From Apr-2024 onwards company has decided to restructure the salary components of each employee. Changes made are as follows Basic Salary changed to 50%, HRA kept at 40% of basic salary and so on so forth. Now am confused which option to use in Paybooks to give effect to these changes.
