How to allocate Leaves

 

To allocate leaves for employees in bulk:

 

Go to Settings >> Leaves menu >> click on Allocate Leaves link


Select Name of the leave and Location from drop down. This action will fetch all employees list based on the configuration of leave type
 

Once employees list is fetched, click on Save button to save the details

 

To allocate leaves employee-wise:

 

Go to Employees menu >> Master tab
 

Search and edit for selected employee record

In Leave Details tab, select the leave type and save the same


 
To allocate leave type while creating the leave:


 

Once the leave type is created notification will appear on the screen to allocate the created leave.

Click on Allocate leave to allocate the particular leave type for the employees.
