Ticket List


Using this screen, the admin user can view the tickets raised by employees and communicate with them.

 

To view the ticket list, 

 

Go to Utilities section >> under Help Desk Management >> click  View Tickets.

Ø Select the status of the ticket under the Status drop-down

Ø Search for tickets in the Ticket No/ Employee Name field.

Ø Click on the ticket number to view the details of the ticket



 

Post clicking on the ticket number, as shown in the below screen tickets can be viewed, here click on Reply to put your comments.


 

Enter your remarks in the Comment field and click on the Reply button to communicate with the employee.
