The amount to be paid = (No. of employees in your account * payroll plan) on the last day of each month. The amount would be calculated on said formula irrespective of whether you have run payroll or not and irrespective of the number of payroll runs, date of payroll runs, number of branches for payroll runs, or no. of employees for whom you have run payroll.
