You can update all variable salary components for payment or recovery of salary in pay adjustments page.
E.g. If you want to pay bonus / incentives to some employees, you can update the amount to paid in salary component named bonus or incentive.
Similarly, if extra salary was paid to employees in previous months, you can recover the extra salary by updating the amount to be deducted in variable salary component such as special allowance recovery.
