As QuickBooks is planning to close its India Operations by Apr 2023, we have enabled Direct Access to Paybooks to ensure seamless continuity in the payroll process.
The steps to be followed are:
Login into QuickBooks
Click on the link to Paybooks.
You will be directed to the home page of Paybooks
A pop-up message will be displayed- ‘Paybooks application can be accessed outside Quickbooks. Kindly ‘click here ‘if you are interested in the same
Click on “Click here”
A pop-up message will be displayed with information on the login credentials.
Click on “Get Access details over email”
Your login credentials will be sent to your registered email id.
Once you have logged in with the login credentials, the pop-up message will disappear.
Change in Email ID
If there are any changes to the email id, please follow the instructions as mentioned on the screen
The Reset password link will be emailed to the updated email id.
Click ‘OK’ in the pop-up message
Click ‘Close’ at the bottom of the page
And you will be successfully logged into Paybooks.
Please Note:
You will not be able to enable direct access once QuickBooks has closed its operations. You will have to reach out to Paybooks Support to provide access.
