The admin has the option to approve/reject the Leave Request for the employees on behalf of the Reporting Managers.
On the Home page, click “Transactions”.
Scroll down to Time Tracking, Management
Click “Approve Leave Requests” under “Workflow”.
You will have all the Reporting Managers name in the drop down.
Select the Approver from the drop down.
Select the Status from the drop down.
All - you will get to see all the requests- both pending and approved/rejected Status.
Pending - All the pending Leave Requests.
Rejected - All the Rejected Leave Requests.
The list of all the leave requests will be displayed.
Select All / Specific Employee/s.
Select Approved/Rejected from the drop down.
You can also search for a particular employee by selecting the Employee “Code/Name” under the selected Approver.
You will be redirected to that leave request.
From the “Set Status” drop down you can either Approve or Reject the leave.
Enter the Remarks (Not mandatory).
An email will be sent to both the employee and the Reporting Manager on the status of the Leave Request.
