The Employee Loan Report provides details on the Loan type, status, Disbursement details, Interest rate, and the balance amount of the loan.
This report helps manage disbursement and recovery better.
To generate the Employee Loan Report, follow the below steps:
On the Home Page click “Transactions”
Go to “Spend, Loan Management”.
Click “Salary, Loans, and Advances”.
Click “Employee Loan Report” under “Reports”.
Select the “From” and “To” date.
Select the “Branch” or check the box “Select All”.
Choose the “Criteria”.
Select a specific criterion or click “Select All”.
Click “Add and Apply Criteria”.
The fields and the criteria chosen will be displayed.
The file is generated in a downloadable format.
The file is now generated.
