Employee Documents can be updated in the employee Master under "Employee Docs".
All the employee's relevant documents can be uploaded here and the employee can view the same in his ESS as well.
This report helps you view the status of the employee documents uploaded.
On the Home page, click “Transactions”.
Under Core HR, click “Document Management”.
Under “Report” click “Employee Docs Status Report”.
Select the criteria from the drop-down eg Department, Location, etc
The relevant fields of the criteria selected will be displayed under “Values”. For eg, if we select Department in the criteria, all the departments will be displayed in “Values”
Select a specific department or check the box “Select All”
Click “Add Criteria”
And your file is downloaded.
You can also view this report under Reports.
On the Home page, click “Reports.”
Click “Employee Docs Status Report”
