Employee Documents can be updated in the employee Master under "Employee Docs".
This report provides the details of the employee-related documents uploaded using the Document Management module.
On the Home page, click “Transactions”.
Under Core HR, click “Document Management”.
Under “Report” click “Employee Docs Report”.
You will be able to see the list of the employees for whom the documents have been uploaded.
If you would like to see the list of documents for a specific employee
Enter the “Employee Code/Name”
The name will be displayed with the attachments.
Click “Download” and all the files uploaded for that employee will be available in a zip folder.
You can also view this report under Reports.
On the Home page, click “Reports.”
Click “Employee Docs Report”
