Login credentials enable your employees to log in and verify their personal and salary details in their ESS.
This report lists all the users in your company and the status of their credentials along with the user IDs.
On the Home page, click “Team.”
Scroll down to the “Reports.”
Click on “Login Credential Report.”
You can spool the report for all employee by selecting the following from the drop down based on
Department
Designation
Branch
Cost Center
Once you click “View,” you can view the report on screen
You can also generate the report for one employee by entering the Employee Code/Name
Click on “Download” to download the file to your local drive.
