This report helps the admin to track the attendance and leaves of the employee. This helps in better workforce planning.
On the Home Page click “Transactions”.
Scroll down to Time Tracking, Management
Click “Leaves”.
Click “Employee Leave Report” under “Reports”.
The Report Format can be Balance wise or Leave wise.
Balance wise- All leaves are consolidated under Opening Balance, Credited, Availed, and Closing Balance.
Leave Wise- Each leave is shown separately with the Opening Balance, Credited, Availed, and Closing balance.
If you wish to include Encashed Leave check the box “Include Encashed Leave”.
Select the Year from the drop-down.
Select the “From” and “To” months.
Select the following from the drop-down.
Branch
Department
Designation
Cost Center
Select the Criteria from the “Main List” and move it to the “Selected List” by using the “>>” option.
Select the “Leave Name”.
Click “Export”.
You can generate the report Employee wise.
Enter the Employee Code/Name.
Click “Export”.
You can now download the report.
