The separation of an employee occurs when they are offboarded or terminated from a company. It can be both voluntary and involuntary.
The process or steps to separate an employee from the system.
On the Home page, click “Team.”
Scroll down to the “Employees” section.
Click on the “Offboard”/”+” sign next to Offboard.
Enter the following details.
“Code/Name” of the employee who has resigned.
“Resignation date/settlement date”—the day when the employee has submitted their resignation.
“Last Working Day” is the last working day of the employee with the organization, after which they will no longer be active in the company.
Enter the remarks that you would like to mention.
Select ”Reason for exit” from the drop-down.

Select “ESI Remarks“ from the drop-down.

Select the FFS Process Type from the drop-down.

Select the checkbox “Mark as Settled” if the settlement is already processed.
The status will be displayed if there are any pending claims/approvals.
Ensure that all pending statuses are approved and reflected as “NO” to process the final settlement.
The approvals must be taken from the reporting manager. The HR/Admin can also approve the same.
Click “Save.”
The employee is now separated. The employee’s name will be reflected in the “Managed Exit” list.
