As an employer, you have the option to felicitate an employee with special wishes on Birthdays and Work Anniversaries, and your employees feel important and happy through the Alert Features”. 



Alert Feature: This feature sends corresponding Alerts to Employees, HR, Admin, ATT-Admin, and Managers.  


Based on each category configuration, an alert is triggered to the specific employee on that day and copied to all employees as information for them to extend their respective wishes/greetings. 

Configuration & Workflow: 


Alerts can be configured by an Admin, HR, and any user who has alert page access (page permission).  


This configuration of Alerts has been split into two parts namely Schedule Alerts and Schedule Reports.  


How to Configure Alerts 


On the Home Page click “Transactions”

Scroll down to “Communication and Collaboration”. 

Click “Team Alerts”.

Click “Schedule Alerts” under “Workflow”.

Click “Add New”.

Enter the following details: 


Name of the Alert 

Select the “Type of the Alert” from the drop-down.

Configure the Email recipients by selecting the appropriate persons/roles. -.  “To”“CC” and “Custom CC mails”. 

“To” to whom the emails must be sent directly.  

“CC” stands for carbon copy i.e., for whom the copy of the email must be sent. 

“Custom CC Emails” sending a copy of the email to any other person; Group ids may also be used here. 

Enter the “Trigger Type” from the drop-down. 

When to Send- You can choose either “End of the day” or “Start of the day”.

Enter the “Subject” 

You have different field options to choose from depending on what you would like to use. You can use the “Available Merge Fields” and select the corresponding fields in “Select Fields”. 

Draft your email by clicking on the “Insert Fields” wherever required in the body of the email.

You can set the style and other options available in the editor.  

Click “Save”. 

And the Scheduling of Alerts is now configured.
