You can view the status of the reimbursement claim once the reimbursement is applied. It will also help you track if the claim is pending or approved.
To view the Claim Status follow the below steps:
On the Home Page click “Transactions”
Click Reimbursement under Spend, Loan Management.
Click “View Claim Status” under “Workflow”.
Enter the “From Date” and “To Date”.
Select the following from the drop down.
To search for a specific employee, enter the “Employee Code”.
And the report is displayed.
