Timestamp records the attendance of an employee.

The Attendance system automatically calculates the attendance in and out time. 


Attendance capture may not take place due to various reasons:

  •  the employee may have forgotten to mark/swipe in the attendance.
  • the employee was traveling on an official business.
  • An issue in the Attendance system etc.

These issues can be changed/ updated by Timestamp Change Request.

 

The admin can change the recorded in-time and out-time on behalf of the employee. The employees too can request the change from their ESS login.


 
On the Home Page click “Transactions”.

Scroll down to Time Tracking, Management 

Click “Attendance/Biometric Device Management.

Click “Update Time Stamp” under “Configure”.

Select the “Leave Calendar Year” from the drop-down.

 

Select the “Month” from the drop-down.


Select an employee and click on the “NAME”.


 


 

Click “MODIFY TIMINGS” to change the timings.

 

A pop-up box will display, Modify the timing in this pop-up box.

Click “Submit”.

Note: The Time Format should be in HH/MM/SS (English UK)

 

 

If you wish to change the timings of the employees in bulk, click “Excel Import”.


Click “Template”.


Update the file and save it to the local drive.


Click “Choose File”.


Click “Import”.
