You can update optional holidays on behalf of your employee both individually and in bulk.
You can use this option if you have restricted holidays that have been utilized by your employees in your earlier system.
This will help you to manage the Restricted Holiday Policy of your company so that employees will not overutilize the holiday due to changes in the system.
On the Home Page click “Transactions”.
Scroll down to “Utilities”.
Click “Legacy Data”.
Click “Import Employee Optional Holidays” Under “Import”.
“Calendar year” – Current leave year is displayed.
To update the details employee-wise.
Search and select the employee either by name or employee code “Code/Name”.
All the configured optional holidays will be listed.
Check the box “OPT” against the specific Optional Holiday.
Click “Save”.
Bulk Upload
To import the data in bulk for multiple employees Click “Import”.
Select the “Leave year” from the drop-down.
Click “Generate template”.
Fill in the data like Employee Code /Name, Holiday name, and Date in the generated Excel workbook and “Save” the file.
Click “Choose file”.
Click “Import”.
