This report provides the PT deduction amount which has been deducted monthly with details on the number of employees location-wise.
To generate the report
On the Home Page click “Compliance”.
Click “Professional Tax”.
Click “PT-Monthly Report” under “Report”.
Select “Month” from the “drop-down”.
Select the “State”
Once you select the state Branches are reflected in the drop down.
Select “Branches” or Select “All Branches”.
Click “Report”.
The PT report with the number of employees and the total amount of PT deducted is generated.
