An activity log is a detailed record of all events in your system. You can track user activity, system events, or any other event relevant to the payroll process. It helps in:

  • Troubleshooting: Activity logs can be used to track down the source of the problems in the system.
  • Security: Activity logs help to monitor system security. You can view who has accessed the system and what activities have been done, thus reducing the scope for unauthorized activities and accesses.
  • Compliance: You are also required to keep activity logs for compliance purposes. 


  • Tracking Productivity-Improve the user time management and help in maximizing customer experience.


To access the Activity log:


On the Home Page click “Transactions”.

Scroll down to “Security, Access Rights”.     


Click “Activity Log”.   


Select the “From Date” and “To Date” 

Click on the “Export to” option and click on “Excel”.

You can view the list of activities that have been carried out for that particular period.
