A salary component does not reflect in the pay slips due to the following reasons:

 

1) It is either inactive or has not been marked as a paid component.

 

2) It is not allocated in the salary structure of those employees whose pay slips are being viewed.

 

 

 

Please follow the below steps if the salary component is inactive or has not been marked as a paid component.

 

On the Home Page, click “Payroll Setting”.

Click “Salary Components.”

Search for the salary component that is not visible in the pay slip.

 

Click “View/Edit” option.

Check the boxes displayed before "Paid Component" and "Active."

Click “Save“.

Please follow the below steps if the salary component is not allocated.
