You have the option to restrict the maximum leaves that can be taken by your employees in a specific period say weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, and day-wise.


On the home page click the “Setting” icon on the right-hand side.

Click “Leaves”

Click the View/Edit” against the existing leave created or you can click “Add Leave”.

Click “Rules”  

Scroll down to “Max Leave that can be taken” 

Select the period by choosing from the drop-down. 

Options include “Days, Months, Weekly, Quarter, Half Year, and Year”.

Enter the maximum number of days that can be taken.

Click “Save”.
