This report provides details of the IT computation of all employees, including salary paid, exemptions, and investment details.
To download the IT Computation Excel Report month-wise.
On the Home Page, click “Compliance.”
Click “Income Tax.”
Click “Income tax computation report” under “Reports.”
Select the “Month” and “Type,” which is either “Active in the month” or “Active in the year.”
Click “Download.”
You can now view your employee’s Income Tax Computation report in Excel.
To download IT computation in PDF format/employee-wise.
Click “Employee wise.”
Select the month from the drop-down menu.
Search by entering the employee code/name/PAN.
For multiple employees, you can click “Multi-employee Selection.“
Enter the multiple employees’ codes, each separated by a comma
You can select the employees by enabling the check box of employees.
Once you have selected the employee, click the drop-down arrow against “Download.” You have several options to download.
