Login to Paybooks using your credentials.

Click “Travel Location, Mode” from the Menu to configure Location Type, Travel Locations & Outstanding Travel Mode.

 

Location Type


To edit/modify

Location Types: By Default, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 are activated under this option. E.g., the tier can be Metro, Non-Metro, etc.

Click “View / Edit” under the “Action” column to make the changes.

Click “Delete” under the “Action” column to delete the Type of Vehicle.

To Add a new Location Type.

Click “Add” to create a new Location Type.

Enter the “Location Type” 

Check the Box “Active”.

Click “Save”.

 

Travel Location

Click “Add New” under “Travel Locations” to create the locations where your employees travel.

Enter “Location Name”

From the drop-down select the “Location Type”

Check the Box “Active”

Click “Save”

  

Outstation Travel Mode

Under “Outstation Travel Mode” the Air Fare and Train options are activated.

Click “View / Edit” under the “Action” column to make the changes.

Click “Delete” under the “Action” column to delete the Type of Travel Mode.

Click “Add” to create a new “Outstation Travel Mode”.

Enter the “Travel Mode” 

Check the Box “Active”.

Click “Save”.
