You can use this option to send out official communication that needs to be sent to all employees in bulk through Paybooks.

On the Home Page click “Transactions” 

 

 

 

Scroll down to “Communication and Collaboration” under Transactions

 

 

Click “Bulk Emails”

Click “Email Trigger” under “Configure”. 

 

Choose the “Date”.


The admin email ID will be automatically captured. To know more on “How to enable the email setup, click here.


Enter the “Subject”.

Enter the recipient list.

Click on the "Filter" option to choose the employees.

After applying the filter, click on "List".

The selected employees will be displayed on the screen.

Select the employees from the list.

To import multiple employees:

 Click “Bulk Employee Import”

Click “Download template”

Update employees’ details in the Excel sheet.

Choose the file and click on import.

After updating the employee details.

Click "Message".

Enter the message you would like to send.

Choose the files from the attachment option if you have a ready document.

Click "Send," and the email will be sent successfully.

 

Click “Sent mail list” to view the list of employees to whom the email is sent.

You can resend the mail by clicking the “Recipients list.”

 

Select the employees and click "Resend".
