Attendance capture may not take place due to various reasons:

  • The employee may have forgotten to mark/swipe in the attendance.
  • The employee was traveling on official business.
  • An issue in the Attendance system, etc.

These issues can be changed/ updated by the " Timestamp Change Request".

 

The employees can request the change from their ESS logins.

 

On the Home page, click “Attendance”.

Select “Month” from the drop-down.

Click “Request Change”

 

Enter the “IN Time” and “OUT Time”.

Select the “Reason” from the drop-down.

Click “Submit”
