Attendance capture may not take place due to various reasons:
- The employee may have forgotten to mark/swipe in the attendance.
- The employee was traveling on official business.
- An issue in the Attendance system, etc.
These issues can be changed/updated by the " Timestamp Change Request."
The employees can request the change from their ESS logins.
On the Home page, click “Attendance.”
Select “Month” from the drop-down.
Click “Request Change.”
Enter the “IN Time” and “OUT Time.”
Select the “Reason” from the drop-down.
Click “Submit.”
