This document will help user to create or configure the masters like department, designation, city, level, cost center, employee bank, project, salary template and country.
Go to Payroll Settings >> click on Create Masters
Select any Master from drop down list to create value under that master which is predefined and fixed.
Ex: Select Designation from the master list, add all the designation values relevant to the organization.
Click on Add to List to save it.
To eliminate the manual data entry, user can import it to create the masters in a single click. Click on Import master icon and further click on“Generate Template” to generate the template.
Go through the instruction sheets and fill up the data in the relevant sheets.
Save the file in local hard drive.
Click on “Browse” file to access the saved file from the local hard drive and click on “Import”.
