Employee Login creation
This document explains the procedures to be followed to release ESS login to employees.
To create employees (ESS) login credentials, go to Employees menu >> More tab >> under Access Management >> click on Create Logins link
> To create for selected employees in Code/Name text box enter the code and search employee
> Click on Check Box next to code column of the particular employee
> Click on Create button to create an Employee Login
> To create for all the employees, select Check Box for all employees and click on Create button
1. Before proceeding to create ESS Login, ensure configuration are done i.e.,
> Ensure Email Setup is configured, to do the same, go to Settings >> Configure Rules >> Email Setup tab
> Ensure Enable ESS option is enabled in Official Details tab and Email ID is entered in employees master.
> Ensure Department, Branch, Designation and Cost center field should be selected as All, in login creation page
2. Email id, password and domain name will be available in the email id of the employee which he has given in his personal details
