Admin users can control employees logins on any at any given point of time. This manual will guide users to do the activation or deactivation of employee logins.

To do the same follow below path:

In Paybooks 2.0: From Employees menu >> go to More tab >> in Access Management table >> click on Activate Users link.

In Paybooks 1.0: From Employees menu >> Employee Configure >> click on Activate/Deactivate Users

Select the employees and click on activate / deactivate button
