After creating the User Defined Fields, the users has to update the values under UDF to each employee, which either can be done manually by editing employee master or by using the importer option available for UDF.


Here you can find the steps to upload the UDF values to employees in bulk.


To upload UDF values, go to Employees >> More tab >> under Others section >> click on UDF Import link 

Select Location, UDF Component and generate the excel Template

Update the details in the downloaded excel template and save the file on your computer, browse the file in the app and import the same.
