Admin can control employees, i.e., activate and deactivate the ESS logins at any given point in time.

 

On the Home Page, click “Transactions.”

 Scroll down to “Communication and Collaboration” under Transactions.

 Click “Self Service Portal.”

 Click Activate Users” under “Workflow.”

 

 

 


Select Activate/Deactivate/All in the “Employee filter” drop-down. 

The employee details will be listed. 

You can check the box against “ALL” or check the box against the specific employee. 

Click “Activate,” and the email IDs will be activated to create the ESS logins. 

Click “Deactivate” if you would like to remove a specific employee’s access to ESS.

You can also activate/deactivate the user IDs in bulk. 

Click “Bulk User Activate/Deactivate.”

Click “Download template here.” 

Update the file by entering “Yes” for Activation and “No” for Deactivation. 

Save the file to the local drive. 

Click “Choose File.” 

Click “Import.”

Note: the ESS will be automatically deactivated on the employee's last working day.
