You can reset the password for your employees on their behalf in simple and easy steps.

 

Please follow the below instructions:


On the Home Page click “Transactions”

Scroll down to “Communication and Collaboration” under Transactions.

 Click “Self Service Portal”.

Click Reset Passwords” under “Workflow”.

Enter the Employee Code/Name. 

The username and the email address will be displayed. 

Click “Send”. 

The new password credentials will be sent to the registered email address.
